Hey Guys!

Well, lemme start out by saying that I am sorry for not writing recently. I have been SOOO busy this past month. All last month I had to relocate - and that was very stressful. I also had to find a new trainer and gym (which is also very stressful.) I am very lucky I happened to find someone who can help me continue to be a better fighter. The new gym I am @ is great. They have a lot of high profile fighters that come in and out of there for training. I always love watching great fighters train. You can only be the best if you train w/ the best.

This is what I will miss most about my gym in La Habra, CA: not only getting to train with some of the best guys in their respective divsions - but also belonging to a family. The gym is my home away from home. You (hopefully) get the chance to build special bonds with the men and women you train with. I guess it would be the same thing if you are on a baseball or football team - it's the comradery. You spend a lot of time with your team mates and it's sad when you have to leave them. I definitely miss them, but at the same time it is good for me to get a change. I think I am @ a point where I somewhat need it. I always say nothing is permanent anyways. You can always go back....

I have some other really great news that I will be sharing with you guys in the coming days - maybe sooner. You might even read it before I post it! I am very excited about this great news. Stay tuned and I will talk to you guys really soon!!
