Book a Diagnostic

Booking — Q4 2025 Diagnostic Calendar

Book a 30-minute strategy diagnostic.

A working session, not a discovery pitch. Bring a positioning problem you can't crack alone — your category narrative, a fundraising deck that isn't landing, or a rebrand that stalled three months ago. You leave the call with a written point of view on what's broken and what to fix first.

  • 01 Select a time below — Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only.
  • 02 Receive a one-page diagnostic brief 24 hours before the call.
  • 03 Thirty minutes, recorded, with a written follow-up inside 48 hours.

What the 30 minutes covers

A diagnostic is a working session, not a discovery pitch. You bring a positioning problem; I spend thirty minutes pressure-testing it against category dynamics, your competitive set, and the narrative your buyers actually repeat back. You leave with a written follow-up inside 48 hours — one page, three recommendations, ranked by leverage. If we're not the right fit for the broader engagement, I'll say so on the call and refund the slot.

Before the call

A one-page diagnostic brief arrives 24 hours ahead. It includes three questions to think about and the positioning artifacts to bring.

During the call

Thirty minutes, recorded with your consent. We spend the time on your specific problem — no pitch deck, no agency capabilities review.

After the call

A written follow-up inside 48 hours. Three recommendations, ranked by leverage. A clear yes / no / not-yet on whether to proceed.

Where the work has been cited

Referenced in the publications your board reads.

Positioning and narrative work from the practice has been cited, quoted, or profiled by the outlets below. No paid placements — every reference is editorial.

Other bylines include Forbes 30 Under 30 (Marketing & Advertising, 2021), Adweek Creative 100 (2023), and Ad Age 40 Under 40 (2024).

Q4 availability — 4 diagnostic slots remaining

Twelve engagements a quarter, by design.
Eight are already taken this quarter.

The practice stays small on purpose. Each engagement gets senior-level attention, which means a hard cap on the number of clients taken at once. If a Q4 diagnostic slot fits your timeline, book it now — the next opening is mid-January.
